All pieces displayed on the website for sale are shipped as displayed (the piece you see, is the piece you're getting).
All custom pieces will be discussed and verified between you (the customer) and us (the contractor) before manufacturing your custom piece.
1: Ordering
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes, we do many custom pieces. In this line of products, almost every item is a custom piece.

Can I use a credit card to pay?
Yes, we have several payment options including paypal.

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Sorry we do not accept those payments

Do you guys ship internationally?
Sorry, we currently only ship within the continental United States

Do all pieces ship for the same price?
No, all of the trays ship for the same price, but most items will be shipped by weight and size. So a custom shipping charge may be necessary.

Do you do custom pieces?
Yes, please contact us from our contact page and we will be happy to discus your custom piece.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, for any standard item bought directly from the website. There are no returns for custom pieces.

Any piece that is not pre-made and displayed on the website, but is designed by you the customer after contacting us with your design.
